Terms of Sale
1. Who we are
ReachWeb3 (the "Service") is operated by ENJOY PROVENCE, Rue Appolinaire Jaubert, 84240 La Motte-d'Aigues, France, registered under SIRET 848 288 650 00015 ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@reachweb3.com. These terms apply to every purchase and use of the Service at reachweb3.com.
2. The Service
ReachWeb3 is a database of English-language crypto and Web3 media, creators and communities. Anyone can browse general information (platform, topic, audience size and tier, sponsorship status). A signed-in user can spend credits to unlock a full profile: the name, contact details, pricing and campaign details, and evidence where we have them. Unlocked profiles remain available in your account.
3. Account
You sign in with your email address through a one-time link. You are responsible for your mailbox and for everything done from your account. The Service is for businesses and professionals only (for example a crypto project, a company, an agency or a freelancer promoting a project, a product or a client). By creating an account or buying credits you confirm that you act for professional purposes and not as a consumer, and that you are at least 18.
4. Credits and prices
- One credit unlocks one full profile.
- Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: Starter, $29 for 55 credits (50 credits plus a 5 credit bonus); Pro, $99 for 330 credits (300 credits plus a 30 credit bonus). Prices and bonuses can change for future purchases and never affect credits you already hold.
- Credits do not expire while your account is active. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and are used only on ReachWeb3.
- Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and similar taxes unless stated. VAT is added where the law requires it. Business customers in the EU with a valid VAT number may be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. French VAT is added to invoices issued to customers in France.
- We may grant or remove credits manually (for example a gift or a correction). Each change is logged.
5. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Credits are added to your account once Stripe confirms the payment, usually within seconds.
6. Digital content and delivery
Credits and unlocked profiles are digital content supplied immediately. Access starts as soon as the credits are added to your account.
7. No right of withdrawal
Because the Service is sold to professionals, the consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. Credits and unlocked profiles are digital content supplied immediately, and by buying you ask for immediate access.
8. Refunds
Credits are not refundable once purchased, except where the law requires it or where the error is ours: credits not delivered after a successful payment, a duplicate charge, or a technical fault that stops you from using credits you paid for. Write to hello@reachweb3.com within 30 days and we will fix the problem or refund the affected amount.
9. What we promise about the data
We collect profiles from public sources: official websites, sponsor and contact pages, public profiles and audience sources. Sponsorship status, audience figures, pricing ranges and contact details reflect what we found when the database was built and can change or contain errors. A "sponsor" flag means the media appeared to accept sponsorship in our sources. It is not a promise that a media will reply, accept your project or work with you, and we do not guarantee any result, audience, price or campaign performance. Check the information before you contact a media or commit budget.
10. Licence and acceptable use
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the unlocked data for your own outreach or your team's. You must not: resell, share, publish or redistribute the database or any part of it; scrape or copy it in bulk; use it to build a competing database; or share your account. When you contact a media or creator, you must follow the laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and data protection rules, and you must stop contacting anyone who asks you to. Media names and logos belong to their owners; they are used only to identify the profiles and do not imply any partnership.
11. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by sharing or reselling data or by abusive use. In that case unused credits may be cancelled without refund, unless the law says otherwise.
12. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost opportunities, reputational damage) and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for fraud, gross negligence or personal injury.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. The courts of Avignon have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory rules. Before any legal action, the parties will first try to settle the dispute in good faith. Please contact us first at hello@reachweb3.com.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the update date shown above. If we make a material change, we will tell signed-in users by email or in the app.
